NTR is in his best. Be it Jai or Lava or Kusa, NTR does it with total ease. He is the soul of the film who carries the entire film on his own shoulders. His roles have entertaining part as well as emotional part.
Raashi Khanna offers an impressive show. She revs up the glam quotient. Nivetha Thomas doesn’t have much to do. Yet she shines in her brief appearance. Posani is good in his role. Villains and others too did their part well.
Lack of Strong Villains
It is not quite easy to handle three different roles. Kudos to NTR by doing a flawless job. Credit goes to director Bobby for weaving a nice story and executing it effortlessly. Bobby has done justice to the tasks that he took up – Story, Dialogues, Direction. He made sure all have been balanced very well.
First half is very entertaining. Thanks to roles of Lava, Kusa. Rashi Khanna’s part is good. Till interval, the film progresses without any difficulty. However, post-interval, the film initially struggles. And then recovers. Scenes between Jai, Lava and Kusa could have been better.
Devi Sri Prasad’s music is a stunner. Background score is impressive. Visuals are effective. NTR’s dance moves steal the thunder. In run upto accommodate three roles of NTR, Bobby couldn’t portray villains strongly. Rest all is fine. The film is watchable.
Final Verdict :
Jai Lava Kusa is a treat to watch NTR. Go for it.
