Sampoornesh Babu, the self-proclaimed ‘Burning Star’, who made a splashy debut with “Hrudaya Kaleyam“, has finally admitted that he has “cheated” people. Sampoo, who is from a rural background with original name Narasimha Chari, lied that he was an NRI who had earned good money and returning to India to act in movies. Sampoornesh Babu admitted that he had said many lies during the release of “Hrudaya Kaleyam” in order to grab attention and publicity for his film.
“Whatever I had said or I had done was for my film. Steven Shankar had named me as Sampoornesh Babu as he felt my name Narasimha Chari, isn’t good for screen. I owe my success and career to him. Whatever he ask, I’m ready to do for him in my entire life. Even if I reach top position one day, I’ll do anything for him,” Sampoo said in an interview. Sampoornesh Babu set the record straight that he has come from a very middle-class family and said he leads a simple life even today, when there is no shoot.
Meanwhile, Sampoo’s next film “Kobbari Matta” is getting ready for release.
