As Pawan Kalyan’s most awaited film Katamarayudu is all set to hit the screens tomorrow, die hard fans of Pawan and movie lovers are waiting for the film with bated breath. Here are five reasons to watch the film.
1. Pawan Kalyan
Katamarayudu will see a new Pawan Kalyan. The actor is donning the role of a faction leader that he has never done before in his career spanning over two decades. Also, this is the first-time, Pawan is playing an elder brother to four others played by: Ajith, Siva Balaji, Chaitanya Krishna and Kamal Kamaraju. “All through my life, I’ve been a younger brother. But for the first time, I’m playing a bigger brother. It’s a different feeling,” none other Pawan Kalyan said during the recently held pre-release function of the film.
2. The Gabbar Singh Combo
After the blockbuster Gabbar Singh, Shruti couldn’t pair up with Pawan again. Although she was supposed to be cast opposite Pawan, it did not materialise. Finally, Shruti will be seen romancing Pawan in Katamarayudu after a five years gap. Naturally, this is the crazy combination that we look forward to watch on the big screen.
Pawan Kalyan has striking resemblances with Ajith. The twain’s off screen persona and public image have many similarities. Both enjoy humongous fan base. Since Katamarayudu is an adaptation of the Ajith starrer Veeram and Pawan is going to be part of the Telugu remake of Ajith’s Vedhalam in his up next, Katamarayudu shouldn’t be missed.
4. Ali’s Comedy
Pawan Kalyan’s films would not be complete without featuring comedian Ali. Pawan shares a great personal bond with Ali and this he himself has stated several times at various public platforms. The scenes involving Ali and Pawana are going to have rib tickling comedy.
After Gopala Gopala, Anup teamed up with Pawan again. Since this is Pawan’s solo film, the combination of Pawan-Anup turns interesting. With all the songs of the album already turning out to be chart busters, all eyes are on the background music and how music lovers receive the songs along with the visuals on screen.
Two romantic numbers with Pawan and Shruti were shot in the picturesque locales of Italy and these are among the top choice besides the popular “Jivvu Jivvu” track.
