The much-anticipated trailer of India’s most prestigious, first ever war at sea film, “Ghazi” directed by Sankalp Reddy has released a few moments ago and it looks fantabulous.
Starring Rana Daggubati as a Lt Commander Arjun and Tapsee Pannu as his love interest, the story is based on naval war drama. In the recently released trailer, Rana Daggubati perfectly suits in the role of a naval officer. The story deals with the sinking of a submarine, that actually happened in 1971. It is completely about a naval officer who remained underwater along with his team for 18 days. The cinematography and the visual effects are amazing and dialogues like “Yuddam antey desam kosam pranalu arpinchadam kadu satruvini antam cheyadam,” and “E poratamlo medals undav gurtimpu undadu, charitralo manam unna lekapoyina, Visakhapatnam bavishatulo barataseam bavishatulo manam nilichipotam,” will definitely give goosebumps to the audience in theaters. The director has succeeded in portraying the 1970s period without any drawbacks. The makers are now busy in the last phase of post-production activities and the film is slated to release on February 24th.
For the first time, Rana Daggubati is doing a naval officer role and he nailed it completely. After “Baahubali,” Rana is eyeing on the success of this naval drama and the movie is releasing in both Telugu and Hindi languages. Veteran actors Prakash Raj, Atul Kulkarni and others are doing supporting roles. In Bollywood, the most reputed producer Karan Johar is going to distribute it and PVP Cinema is the producer for the Telugu version of it.
