A mass molestation happened at one of the biggest cities, Bangalore on New Year’s eve, and has shattered the whole country and it also called out as a night of shame. Recently, a chilling video of two men on the scooter molesting a young girl on road went viral on social media and it’s unbelievable! Ever since the incident happened, the civil society members have started blaming the women for their inappropriate dressing and claiming that it is the reason for attacks on women. Giving a tight slap to all those people and moral policing, the actress, director and producer Renu Desai has shared a strong message on a social media platform.
In a recent Twitter chat, she gave a fitting reply to one of her fans, who shared his opinion as, the filmmakers should first exclude the harassment scenes, as it is the reason for atrocities happening on women and if they stop picturizing them, then it would turn down the abuse on women.
Renu Desai responded as, “To all those who are complaining about the women’s dressing, it is never about how a girl dresses up, as it is always about the perverted male eyes who look every girl like that.”
