2016 has become the luckiest year for this Chennai beauty. She is the reigning queen of the South Indian film industry since over a decade. Trisha, successfully delivered 3 different genres of films such as “Nayaki,” “Kalavathi,” and one more political thriller “Dharma Yogi” in the year 2016. These films helped her to get more opportunities in Telugu and Tamil as well.
Currently, Trisha is busy with the shoot of three more films in Tamil such as “Sathuranga Vettai 2,” “Mohini,” “Garjanai” and “96.” Amidst all these crazy projects now, the glamorous queen ‘Nayaki‘ is yet once again coming up with a different female centric subject. She signed a bilingual film titled “1818,” which is said to be based on the real incidents which happened in Mumbai in the year 2008.
To be directed by Ridhun Sagar, “1818” will be made in both Telugu and Tamil simultaneously. The film features Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam, Suman in important roles. It is heard that S.S. Thaman has been roped in as a music composer for “1818.” An official confirmation about “1818” will be made soon. Stay Tuned!
