Here is the Remo Movie Review :
“Remo” is the dubbed Telugu version of the Tamil film of the same name. This film is directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and produced by R.D. Raja under 24 AM Studios banner. “Remo” stars Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles and Saranya Ponvannan, Satish and K. S. Ravikumar in supporting roles. Dil Raju purchased the Telugu rights of “Remo.”
Story: “Remo” is quite fascinating. Sivakarthikeyan‘s plays a role of a nurse. He is a male who disguises himself as a female nurse named Remo. He does this to bag a role in a film. Sivakarthikeyan (SK) is basically a theater actor whose only aim is to become a superstar. He meets Kavya, played by Keerthy Suresh, and falls in love with her at first sight. SK’s character meets Kavya as the nurse Remo. He portrays a mix of Regina Cassandra and Hansika Motwani and that is how the name Remo comes up RE from Regina and MO from Motwani. SK ensures that Kavya is kept in the dark about his alter ego. They both eventually fall in love and SK achieves his goal of becoming a renowned actor.
Performance: The story line is very interesting and to make it lively the actors put in a lot of effort in portraying the character. Both Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh have portrayed their roles brilliantly. To act in a role of an opposite gender is a difficult task, but Sivakarthikeyan did a good job.
Highlights: Movies these days are very creative, in order to stand out filmmakers are coming up with ideas which impress the audience. The comedy scenes were depicted well.
Final Verdict: The illustrations of the movie are attention getting. SK who aspires to be a successful actor is constantly compared with Tamil superstars like Rajinikanth, Vijay and Ajith. The character ‘Remo’ carries the whole story and mesmerizes the audience. The movie is a complete entertainer with the perfect mix of comedy and romance.
