Veteran director Kodi Ramakrishna is a genius par excellence. The director who delivered many colossal hits in his four -decade long career is all set to weave his magic with yet another visual wonder, “Naagabharanam.”
His versatility is just commendable with an array films with varied genres. The movie “Nagabharanam” marks the 201st film of Vishnuvardhan. “Nagabharanam” is a dub of the Tamil “Nagarahuvu.” Starcast of the film includes Vishnuvardhan, Ramya, Rajesh Vivek and Dignath. To our surprise, the movie sets a high expectation of bringing back a legendary actor, the deceased Dr. Vishuvardhan with head replacement technology. The music is composed by Gurukiran a popular music director from the Kannada industry.
This socio-fantasy film is produced by Sajid Qureshi. Trailer of the movie is impressive, the VFX of the film is marvelously done. It is said, it took around 576 VFX artists to make the epic movie and the parts of the movie were shot in Abhiman studios. The VFX team of “Baahubali” and “Eega” would be making it’s VFX. No sooner did the film’s official teaser release on 30th May 2016, than it received 1,000,000 views on YouTube. The Makers have certainly kept their audience in mind.
Kodi Ramakrishna holds a few effects oriented blockbusters to his credit; naming a few “Devi Putrudu,” “Anji,” “Ammoru,” “Devi” and “Arundhati.” These films not only won the hearts of the audiences but also made it big at the box office. Kodi Ramakrishna’s movies are a visual feast. We hope “Naagabharanam” has something different from the others. Wishing the whole team good luck for its release.
