Geetha started her career with a folk song “Bakki Sikkina” and made her debut as playback singer with Kulasekhar’s film “Premalekha Rasa.” She has sung in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam and recorded more than 350 songs for various films as well as albums. She is also known as Shreya Ghoshal of the South. She has worked under the supervision of some the best music directors like Ilayaraja, Koti, M.M.
