This begs a big question whether the star-daughters of the Telugu cinema have got the same recognition as it has been bestowed by the fans to their brothers.

Superstar Krishna‘s daughter Manjula was initially supposed to be launched as the heroine but due to several reasons, the idea was called off and Manjula made her mark as the character artist in movies like ‘Show’, ‘Kavya’s Dairy’ and ‘Orange’.
Following the same suit, comes the vivacious, ebullient Lakshmi Manchu, the daughter of Mohan Babu. From hosting reality shows to producing and acting in movies , Lakshmi’s has been a mellifluous journey. She made a strong impact as an actress and producer with movies like ‘Gundello Godari’, ‘Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu’, ‘U Kodithe Ulikkipadathara’ and ‘Dongata’.
Despite these ladies couldn’t sway their magic as the commercial heroines, the next generation star kids like Shruti Haasan, Akshara Haasan, the daughters of ‘Universal Star’ Kamal Haasan and Karthika Nair, the daughter of yesteryear’s glamor queen Radha have set the silver screen ablaze with their stunning looks and impeccable performances.
The next to join the elite club is Niharika Konidela, the daughter from Mega family who made a dream debut with ‘Oka Manasu’ has impressed everyone with her impeccable performance.
With the advent of Technology, the kids have ample knowledge on everything and they are well-groomed. Look around… the next generation of stars is already out there making their presence felt in the industry. Taking the route much traveled, these youngsters are active on all forms of social media as it has emerged to be the most popular form of building a fanbase. From Instagram to Twitter to Facebook, these young guns already have thousands of followers and they aren’t shy about letting everyone know that they are ready to embrace the world of glamor.
The next big names could be Sridevi’s daughters Jhanvi and Khushi, who could very well be the next superstars.
