It’s been close to a year, Mega Powerstar Ram Charan Tej is seen on the big screen. The last time he was seen was in Sreenu Vaitla‘s Bruce Lee – The Fighter. Despite much hype surrounded around the movie, it’s moderate success forced Ram Charan to become extra-cautious in finalizing the scripts.
The young hero after much introspection and considering several factors, has finally given the nod to “Dhruva“, a remake of Tamil Superhit film “Thani Oruvan” which emerged as the biggest blockbuster of 2015 in Tamil.
The film’s regular shooting has begun and is going at brisk pace. As per the latest reports, the unit flew to Kashmir for a song and few key scenes that would remain the highlight in the movie. It remains a mere speculation whether Ram Charan who earlier remixed his father’s songs in ‘Raccha‘, ‘Naayak‘ and ‘Magadeera‘ would remix the song ‘Kashmiru Loyalo Kanyakumarulo‘ song in this movie. ‘Kashmiru Loyalo Kanyakumarulo’ song is one of the most popular songs in Chiranjeevi’s career from the movie ‘Pasivadi Pranam‘.
“Dhruva” is an action thriller featuring Ram Charan and Rakul Preet Singh as the lead pair directed by Surender Reddy. The movie which was earlier expected to be released on 22nd August on the occasion of Megastar Chiranjeevi‘s birthday seems to have been postponed and the makers are planning to release it by Dussehra.
